About the tour...
A Journey Designed for Educators

This thoughtfully designed journey blends cultural discovery with rich professional learning opportunities for educators. The tour begins with a Friday departure from JFK, followed by a Saturday arrival in Bangkok where participants check in to the hotel and settle into the city’s rhythm before the week unfolds.

Bangkok’s First Impressions

Sunday offers a warm introduction to Bangkok’s vibrant daily life. You’ll explore the legendary Chatuchak Market, wander the bustling MBK Center and experience the contemporary energy of Siam Paragon. This day sets the tone with a relaxed immersion into the sights and sounds that shape the city’s social fabric.

School Visits + Cultural Insight

Monday shifts into education-focused experiences with visits to local elementary and/or high schools, offering firsthand insight into Thai teaching and learning environments. In the afternoon, the group explores the National Museum Bangkok, deepening understanding of Thailand’s history and cultural identity. A dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River closes the day with city views and conversation among colleagues.

Iconic Landmarks of Thailand

Tuesday features an immersive tour of Thailand’s most iconic landmarks: The Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. These visits highlight the artistic, spiritual and historic foundations that shape Thai society. Dinner provides space to unwind and reflect on shared experiences.

Pattaya Day Trip

On Wednesday, you’ll enjoy a full-day excursion to Pattaya for a restorative break. Time at the beach and swimming pool offers balance and rejuvenation during this active educational tour, followed by a group dinner in the evening.

Second School Tour + Free Afternoon

Thursday returns the focus to schools with a second round of visits to local elementary and/or high school sites. The afternoon is intentionally open, giving participants freedom to explore Bangkok’s neighborhoods, cuisine and culture at their own pace. Dinner is on your own to allow personal choice and discovery.

International Conference at Chulalongkorn University

Friday features the full-day international conference at Chulalongkorn University. Attendees engage with global education leaders, participate in sessions and contribute to cross-cultural dialogue. The day ends with an optional visit to Terminal 21 Asok, known for its themed architecture and lively mix of shops and dining.

Final Sessions + Departure

Saturday includes the final morning of the conference at Chulalongkorn University. The afternoon is reserved for last-minute shopping, cultural activities or reflection before the group departs Bangkok in the evening with new knowledge, renewed inspiration and an expanded global network of fellow educators.

Return to New York

On Sunday, the group arrives to NY-JFK airport and says goodbye to who will surely be lifelong friends and colleagues.
